Private by default
Each club's data is used for that club only, never sold and never shared with another club.
Least access
Only the named people working on a club's analysis can open its data.
The club decides
Commercial AI services, fine-tuning on club data and deletion all follow the club's written agreement.
Where data lives
- Club data is stored on access-controlled servers in the United States.
- Every page and every transfer is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- Each club's data is kept separate from every other club's.
- Match video is processed on machines we control.
Who can see it
- At futbolfutbol: only the people assigned to the club's work.
- At the club: only the staff the club names. Each club has its own private report room, reached by a private personal link; a per-club sign-in with two-step verification comes with each partnership.
- Staff tools are behind a separate sign-in, and access is reviewed when people join or leave.
How our AI uses it
- By default, club data is processed with open-weight AI models, meaning models we hold and run ourselves, fine-tuned for soccer.
- Leading commercial AI models are used through their APIs only with the club's written agreement, under terms that do not let the provider train on the club's data.
- A club's data is never used to build analysis for another club.
- A football person reviews every page before the club receives it.
This website
- A strict content security policy and a web application firewall protect every page.
- Forms are rate-limited and checked against automated abuse.
- On these company pages one cookie remembers your language, and member sign-in uses a session cookie; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Private report rooms are not listed or indexed by search engines.
When an agreement ends
We return or delete the club's data, as the club chooses, and confirm it in writing.
Incidents
If we ever find a security incident that affects a club's data, we tell the club promptly, within the time set in its agreement, with what happened and what we are doing about it.
