Partner Club Agreement
The main terms of a season-long partnership with futbolfutbol, in plain language, so your club can see how we work before the first call. The final agreement is prepared with both parties' lawyers.

1. Purpose
futbolfutbol provides AI soccer analysis to help the Club's staff prepare, play and review its games, privately and for the Club only.
2. What futbolfutbol provides
- A pre-game opponent preview, delivered [X] hours before each match.
- A post-game report and video analysis within [X] hours of each match.
- Live game notes on match day, where agreed and where competition rules allow: [YES / NO].
- A private report room for [NUMBER] staff members.
- A named contact and a review call every [FREQUENCY].
3. What the Club provides
- A steady, consistent feed of data for the full season: match video, GPS exports (XML or CSV) and the staff's statistics in any form.
- Confirmation that it has the right to share that video and player data with futbolfutbol.
- A contact on the staff who can answer football questions, and feedback on the reports.
4. Who owns what
Its data. It may use the reports delivered to it freely for its own internal purposes.
The technology and the science: software, methods, formulas, rules and AI models, and improvements to them, except models fine-tuned with the Club's data (below).

5. Exclusivity

6. Use of artificial intelligence
Reports are made with AI and checked by people before delivery. By default, Club data is processed with open-weight models that futbolfutbol fine-tunes and runs under its control. Leading commercial AI models may be used through their APIs only with the Club's written consent. AI supports the staff's decisions; it does not make them.
7. Confidentiality, privacy and security
Each party keeps the other's information confidential. Club data is used only for the Club, never sold and never shared with another club. Player information, including GPS and load, is handled under the Club's instructions and applicable law, with limited access, encryption in transit, storage on access-controlled servers in the United States, and notice to the Club of any security incident within [X] hours. 8. Discretion
futbolfutbol will not name the Club, or describe the work publicly, without the Club's written permission.
9. Fees
Per quote. We work to the requirements set by each club, and the fee follows the scope agreed.
10. Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement with [NOTICE PERIOD] written notice. At the end, futbolfutbol returns or deletes the Club's data, as the Club chooses.
11. Responsibility
