Partner club data
A club may share match video, GPS exports (XML or CSV), its staff's statistics and notes, and similar information. We use it only to provide that club's analysis, under a written agreement with the club.
- The club's data belongs to the club.
- It is never sold and never used for another club.
- Player information such as GPS and physical load is treated as sensitive: shared only with the people the club authorizes and processed under the club's instructions.
- The technology, methods and science used to analyze it are futbolfutbol's.
How we use AI
- Our reports are made with artificial intelligence and checked by people before a club receives them. We label AI-made content.
- By default, club data is processed with open-weight AI models, meaning models we hold and run ourselves, fine-tuned for soccer.
- With the club's written agreement, we may also use leading commercial AI models through their APIs, under terms that do not allow the provider to train on the club's data.
- Fine-tuning that uses a club's data is done only as the club's agreement allows.
- AI supports the staff's decisions. It does not make decisions about players or people.
This website
- Contact and sample-report requests: your name, role, club, email and message, used only to reply to you.
- Cookies: only one, to remember your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.
- Visitor counts: we count page views from our web server's standard logs, with no cookies and no tracking scripts. The counts keep only the page and the day, never who visited.
- Private report rooms: when a club opens its private report page, we record the time of the visit, the network address and the browser, so we know the reports arrived and can tell a person from an automatic email scanner.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our systems, under confidentiality terms, or when the law requires it. We never name a partner club publicly without its permission.
Security and retention
Access is limited to the people who need it, and data is encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled servers in the United States. We keep a club's data for the length of its agreement, then return or delete it as the agreement says. Enquiries sent through this website are kept for up to 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you. A club can ask for its data back, or for it to be deleted, at any time under its agreement.
