Privacy
What we show and what we keep
Short and plain. We collect only what an account and a vote need.
Public
- Your username and display name.
- A Verified press or Verified coaching staff badge, only after an admin verified that role.
- Your votes and the date of each, and your reason once an admin approved it.
Never shown
- Your email address. It is used only to confirm your account, reset your password and, if you ask, tell you a role was verified.
- Your password. We store only a one-way hash (argon2id).
- Your IP address. For login limits we keep a one-way hash of it, not the address.
Cookies and mail
- We use cookies only to keep you signed in, to protect forms and to remember your language and theme. No advertising, no tracking.
- We send only the messages an account needs (confirm email, reset password, role verified). No newsletters, no tracking pixels.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself in My account. This removes your profile, your email, your login history and all your votes at once, and they stop counting. It cannot be undone. A message you sent through Contact stays with us, no longer linked to you.
